Christians will not be gathered with the Lord until after the Man of Sin (the False Messiah) is Revealed at the Temple of Jerusalem
I don't consider myself to be a prophet, just a servant of the Lord who has been redeemed by the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. However, the word of God says that prior to the terrible day of the wrath of God, He will pour out His spirit upon all flesh; "and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions (Joel 2:28)."
God has not change, He still the same yesterday, today and forever. He does miracles and gives dreams, vision and revelation. Nevertheless we must prove everything with the word of God.
Jesus in the scriptures warned us by saying that in the last days many false prophets and Christ’s would rise up and attempt to deceive even the very elect of God. In fact He said "I told you beforehand."
Today there are many false prophets and teachers even in the church, and many are being deceived by them. In the last 20 years we have seen many false religious leaders who have been called by the title of Messiah, and many who have blindly followed them. Here are just some of them: Rebbe Menachem Schneerson, Yahweh Ben Yahweh, Luis de Jesus Miranda
Why does this happens?
Jesus commanded us to live in His word in order that we may know the truth, and it will the truth of His word that will set us free. This simply means that we as Christians must read the bible for ourselves.
However, many of us would rather hear some one teach us the word, instead of us reading it for our own edification. We don't even bother to compare what is being taught to us with that which is written in the gospel.
Jesus says that not one single word that was spoken by God through His prophets will return void. Heaven and earth shall pass but not one single word of prophecy shall pass. Everything that the prophets wrote will be fulfilled. Jesus in the gospels showed us even the order of events that will take place in the last days.
Nevertheless, many end time bible teachers go outside of the bible for answers about the end times that often contradict the very word that was spoken by Jesus and His prophets. Many so-called "Christians" blindly swear by every word that is taught to them even when such teachings contradict the very word of God.
If there is one thing that every Christian must know about the end times, is that Christians will be here at the time when the Man of Sin (the Antichrist) is revealed at the Temple of Jerusalem. This is clearly written in 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3.
"Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition (2 Thessalonians 2:1-3)"
In the above scripture, Paul clearly warned us not to be deceived by any word, letter or spirit and specifically said that the return of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering with Him WILL NOT take place prior to the "falling away" and the revelation of the Man of Sin, the Son of Perdition (the Antichrist).
In other words, Christians will be here at the time when the Man of Sin (the Antichrist) is revealed at the Temple of Jerusalem. This is the same exact message that the Lord Jesus Christ taught in Matthew 24:15-31 and Mark 13:14-27. This is the message that God has placed in our hearts to convey to the saints through Bible Prophecy Revealed.Com so that no one is deceived by the false Messiah at the time that he is manifested.
The Bible doesn't specifically say the ethnic background of this impostor. It only says that many who reject the truth will be deceived by him at the time when he is manifested. Paul said that the false Messiah would come with the power of Satan, doing great signs and lying wonders, deception and unrighteousness to them that perish. God himself will give those who are destined to perish strong delusions so that they would believe the lie and be damned for not believing the truth and for having pleasure in unrighteousness (2 Thessalonians 2:9-12).
"Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness (2 Thessalonians 2:9-12)."
The man of iniquity (the Antichrist) will stand at the very Temple of Jerusalem, claiming that He is God or the Jewish Messiah. He may even declare himself to be the High Priest of the Jews and may even re-institute sacrifices and offerings according to the Law of Moses, something that Jesus as the Last and ultimate High Priest in heaven did away with. He will do great miracles in an attempt to deceive even those who are God's elect; therefore, many will believe Him, even many who call themselves "Christians, Messianic Jews and Orthodox Jews." Jesus said that this impostor would persecute both Christians and Jews as well (Matthew 24:15-31, Mark 13:14-27).
Jesus told us before hand that if anyone were to say to us that the Messiah was here, there, in the desert or in the Temple of Jerusalem, we were not to go, for Jesus our High Priest and Messiah will come in the clouds of Heaven and every eye will see Him return. At the time of Moses, people saw the cloud descend upon Mount Sinai, but did not see God; however, this time every eye will see Him even those who nailed him to the stake.
Please don't be deceived by the lie, prove everything even end time teachings with the very word of God.
May the Lord bless you and keep you in holiness and righteousness. We love you in Christ, Jesus.
